"Cha Ching Chex" -
The Original Ribbon Horse
Below: Do you see the black spot? It is a legend in the horse world that a horse that carries an irregular spot such as this one on Drift's hind leg, will bring luck to all that he comes in contact with!
A Horse That Represents Dreams, Goals, and Hope
"Cha Ching Chex" or better known as "Drift" around the ranch, belongs to Skye and her family. "Drift" is the model for the orginal Ribbon Horse. This up and coming reining stallion has the looks, conformation, and bloodlines to compete with some of the best in the world! Not only is he a wonderful stallion and show prospect, but he represents a dream come true, goals to be accomplished, and of course hope.
For a long time Skye had been dreaming of a horse that had the necessary resume to compete with some of the horses winning the World Championships or the NRHA Finals...in walked Drift. He is an OWN son of Superior Reining Horse Chex Nu Jewel, who is a son of none other than 4 Million Dollar Sire Nu Chex To Cash. Drift's mother is an NRHA performing daughter of the one and only Hollywood Dun It.
With his long flowing white mane and tail, high white socks, and metallic gold color he will be something no one can help but gawk at in the show pen. He will represent Ribbon Horses wherever he travels to during his show career in the future. Watch for this horse in 2009 when he begins professional reining training, and is in the NRHA and NRCHA spotlight!
